Heather deRijke M.Ed.

Director of Training and Education

Heather  has years of experience as both a special education and general education classroom teacher in a variety of setting. Heather has utilized the AIM curriculum in a public school special education classroom, and serves as a consultant on AIM throughout the country.

Lindsey Holtsman

Director of public affairs

Lindsey has her degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri - Columbia. She is the CEO of Emergent Learning Center STL in Missouri, and a consultant with Dr. Dixon throughout many schools using PEAK and AIM.  Lindsey is also the star of the PEAK youtube channel.

Beth Hayes McKee, BCBA

Director of international affairs

Beth McKee is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She is the Director of Rehabilitation at Guangxiu International Children’s Center, Guangxiu Hospital in Changsha, Hunan Province, China. Beth has over two decades of experience in the field of behavior analysis.

Dr. Mark Dixon BCBA - D

Author & Trainer

Dr. Dixon is the author of PEAK and AIM, along with over 200 peer reviewed journal articles.  Mark's research and/or expert opinions have been featured in Newsweek, Time, The New York Times, National Public Radio, This American Life, Bill Nye Saves the World, a New York Times best seller, and regional affiliates of ABC, CBS, and PBS.

Dr. Jordan Belisle is an Assistant Professor at Misouri State University and one of the most prolific authors on PEAK.  Jordan has authored or coauthored many of the peer-reviewed PEAK. 

Dr. Dana Paliliunas

BCBA

Author, AIM Trainer

Dr. Paliliunas is an Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department at Missouri State University.

 

 She has published multiple studies on both PEAK and ACT, and is the coauthor of the AIM curriculum.

Dr. James MoorE, BCBA-D

Trainer, peak

Currently Dr. Jim Moore is the Clinical Director at Canopy Children's Services, and a professor at Florida Institute of Technology. Jim has published multiple peer-reviewed studies on PEAK.

Dr. Adam Hahs BCBA - D

Trainer, PEAK & AIM

Dr. Adam D. Hahs is Director of the MS ABA Program in the Department of Psychology at Arizona State University and is currently the President of the Arizona Association for Behavior Analysis (AZABA). He has published multiple peer-reviewed studies on PEAK and ACT.

Dr. Autumn McKeel, BCBA-D

Trainer, PEAK and emergent clinic owner

Dr. McKeel is a Level 3 PEAK trainer, former professor, and owner of Emergent Learning DSM-Ankeny Clinic.

 

Autumn was one of the original researchers on PEAK, and her work is cited repeatedly throughout the scientific community.  She conducted the first Randomized Controlled Trial on PEAK, and subsequent work explored building complex language skills. 

Dr. Ruth Anne Rehfeldt

BCBA - D

Trainer, ACT

Dr. Rehfeldt is a world famous scholar of behavior analysis.  Her work with autism, language, and social development has been published in every single scientific journal in the field.

Ruth Anne is also the author of multiple books on human learning, autism, and behavioral science.  She has built and managed multiple autism centers and clinics over the past two decades.
